- Place online advertising on over 20 sites until the unit is rented to a qualified applicant
- Comply with Fair Housing laws, and all other state and local regulations
- Begin Rental process through online an application
- Verify applicant information, including financial, rental history, and criminal history
- Verify applicant references and income
- Verify applicant’s United States legal status is compliant with governing laws
- Finalize lease, rent, and security deposits
- Complete the new tenant checklist
- Perform move-in walkthrough with new tenants
