We manage properties through the lens of an investor because we are real estate investors. Our property investments began with the first multifamily purchases in 1997. We have polished our skills in tenant selection and management for greater month-to-month return on investment while improving the investments for greater property valuation.
We leverage smart technology to automate many of the activities of owning an investment property, such as applicant screening, rent collection, and maintenance requests. This technology ensures that all management processes are followed while providing the investor with day-to-day visibility into the property activities.
Leadership
Emerson Properties Management Services is led by Conrad Sanford, an expert in managing large and small projects and properties. Rooted in Central and Western Massachusetts, Conrad is passionate about property restoration and the good this brings to owners, tenants and the community.
In addition to 25 years of rental property investments, Conrad is known for project management expertise from his 30+ years as a Project Management Consultant with companies including Philips, Dell, and IBM Global Services.
